With approximately 2,000 square feet of paved private off-street parking behind a custom ornamental electric gate area means there is plenty of space for several cars and trailers.

Hot Tub Spa and Fire Pit Patio – with firewood! are great for a relaxing evening after dinner in Downtown Grants Pass. Or just cook something on the BBQ and you may not want to even leave! We recently added Arlo Security and Alexa to the location. We show you where each camera is located and will remove any of them as requested for the duration of your stay.

We pride ourselves on providing a clean residence. Guests can expect a complete variety of food compliments such as salad dressings, ketchup, mustard, etc. Coffee maker and custom blend coffee is provided, as well as clean towels, soaps, and lotions in bathrooms. Pretty much everything except perishables!

Features large flat screen TV’s with Cable, Wi-Fi, and Internet. Additional television in Master bedroom and second bedroom. Queen bed in second bedroom and a trundle bed in the “Rec” room. It is an older home so expect the simplicity of it. There is no garbage disposal but other than that, it should have every modern convenience you would expect including things like a blender, iron, etc. It has at least two high-end coffee makers but no Keurig. We feel that Keurigs are too detrimental to the environment. You are welcome to bring your own!

Private backyard with shade trees, patio areas, separate fire pit area, gas BBQ, and creek along one side (fenced). Fenced backyard for pet security. Fire wood provided. Central Heating and Air Conditioning. Gas fireplace in living room. And … a Hot Tub!

Access to Tahiti’s and paddles with possible transportation to and from river. To insure availability of this option pre-arranging with Host prior to arrival is required.
