The house is located 3 miles from OIT which is about an 8 minute drive. The Lynnwood division contains custom homes in a beautifully forested area adjacent to Moore park with miles of hiking/biking trails.
This house has about 1200 sq feet downstairs. One bedroom has a quiet female OIT student who studies in the health sciences. The other unfurnished, newly carpeted, bedroom is vacant. (some furnishings avail if needed)
Downstairs has a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, full size fridge, in an open living room facing the lake.
The two women would share the downstairs bathroom, kitchenette, laundry room, and living room.
Parking along quiet street. Private entrance to lower level.
All utilities are included in this month-to-month rent of $540. Free WiFi. No fees or deposits, expect to pay the final month rent up front. There are no pets or smoking of anything in the house.
Upstairs live a married couple who are high school teachers, conservatives, artists, musicians. They have all their own facilities, including laundry.
