All the ceilings are a little lower than normal (notice they are only a couple inches above the doorways). The exterior door on the right leads to the stairway.

There is no yard behind the house, and only a small area in front of the house, which is mostly used for parking.

One or two cats can be considered with extra monthly rent and extra deposit. Generally this ranges between $20-$30 more rent, and $500-700 more deposit.
Owner pays for garbage. Tenant pays for power, water, and sewer/utility. The $70 water and sewer/utility is paid to landlord monthly along with rent. Power is billed directly to tenant.
First month rent $925 + $70 utilities + $1800 security deposit = $2795 to move in.
There will be a fee for background and credit check when we get to that place in the application process. 
Must have total minimum verifiable take-home income of $2900. Will need to text/email proof of such before requesting to see the place.
