A Better Cannabis Budtender (Medford)

-We are looking for a new team member in the dispensary for nights and weekends(Th-Su 3:30pm-10:30pm)

Our growing company is looking for a new part-time team member who has experience and can provide the daily care and focused attention necessary for excellent and compliant customer service. In the dispensary, we are assisting customers and patients in finding the best products to suit their needs. We take the time to hear our customers’ needs so we can always find them the best fit, while making them feel welcome and comfortable. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of Oregon flower, and love spending time with customers in our Flower Gallery of over 75 strains, as well as edibles, extracts and more. We are a hard working team who back each other up, we pride ourselves on our work ethic and are always willing to go above and beyond.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work sitting or standing with long hours of repetitive tasks. A keen attention to detail and record keeping, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject always helps.

Requirements for the Dispensary:
Must be a team player
Be 21+ and have a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler Card
Be available evenings and weekends
Be comfortable with computers, POS systems and cannabis production
Be able to read and write English,
Spanish is a plus
Be able to stand in one space for the majority of a shift
Available for all shifts, especially nights and weekends
Be passionate about the use of cannabis for consumers
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have excellent people and organizational skills
Have sharp critical thinking skills
Be comfortable working alone once trained
Have a sense of urgency, high energy, positive attitude, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, coachable mindset, and are eager to contribute wherever there is a need
Be able to learn and follow compliance procedures
Be motivated, have a superior work ethic and thrive in a team environment
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner and maintain confidentiality

Essential Functions:
Welcomes, greets, and establishes rapport with customers, checking IDs
Provide up to date and accurate product information
Ensure highly accurate inventory
Maintain a clean and orderly guest and work environment
Communicate clearly with management staff
Other duties as assigned by Management

Compensation:
$15-16 per hour, depending on experience. Position starts at $15, and the company will evaluate after 90 days of employment.
Benefits, eligible after 90 days of full-time employment, include paid holidays, paid sick and family leave, dispensary discounts.
