Summary: Responsible for accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and check cutting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following but other duties may be assigned.
· Accounts Payable for overhead invoices – research, allocate, data entry, payable inquiries and cut checks weekly.
· Accounts Payable for project invoices – data entry, payable inquiries and cut checks weekly.
· Process Expense Reports – review for accuracy, compliance to policy and enter into Viewpoint Accounting Software.
· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
· Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
· Back-up for front desk, as necessary.
· Any other additional responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience: Actively enrolled in undergraduate program for a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field of study
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook software. Prefer exceptional knowledge of Viewpoint.
