Hilfiker Pipe Co, Inc. is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable, Payroll & Admin Support Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position, M-F, 8am-5pm. Full benefits are offered 30-90 days after hire including health with HSA, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance, vacation and sick leave, and 401(K) with hefty employer match. Duties will include:
* Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP
* Timesheet preparation, audit, and review
* Update employee info, deductions, contributions, etc in ADP
* Records filing and maintenance
* Hand out paychecks

Accounts Payable & Admin Support
* Communicate with vendors and staff
* Match purchase orders to receipts and invoices
* Code invoices to the proper GL account
* Enter data into ERP system and QuickBooks Online
* Reconcile credit card and employee expense reimbursements
* Set up new vendor accounts
* Track W-9’s and process annual 1099’s
* Run AP checks weekly
* Month-end reconciliations
* Track donations
* Maintain year-end backup journal
* Records filing and maintenance
* Support the HR & Accounting Manager as needed
* Other projects as assigned which may include research, training, and reporting in writing and verbally

Minimum Preferred Qualifications:
• Associates Degree or equivalent certifications in Payroll, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Payable
• 3+ years experience related to Payroll Processing, Accounts Payable, and knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Mid to Advanced skills with MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Experience using ADP and Quickbooks Online

• Learn new software and processes quickly
• Read and understand contracts, manuals, and other communication
• Write clearly with proper grammar, spelling, and formatting

** Compensation starts at $21-23, based on knowledge and experience, with possible raise after probationary period.
