Duties and Responsibilities:
Dedication to Customer Satisfaction in all actions and interactions with customers.
Responsible for making sure that all phone leads are contacted and followed up in proper manner.
Responsible for following sales team process when contacting customers.
Schedule sales appointments with sales consultant by assigning contacts to any individual who is specifically requested or by ensuring that all consultants are given equal opportunity to appointments set.
Make phone calls and handle incoming calls in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Help maintain records going into the dealership’s DMS and scheduler.
Keep abreast of sales specials and how they benefit customers.
Attend sales meetings.
Understand the manufacturer warranty and special programs offered by the manufacturer.
Act as a spokesperson for the company while on the phone with prospective customers by emphasizing and up-selling all services provided by the dealership from sales, to service to rental cars.
Start some service BDC measurements, and set some Service BDC standards.
