Vocality Community Credit Union is now accepting applications for an engaging individual to handle a variety of customer service calls in a prompt and courteous manner: conduct a wide variety of financial transactions, resolve questions and problems regarding accounts, payment products and services. Other duties include completing and maintaining related reports and records and other support functions within the Service Center. Lending experience preferred and bilingual is required (English and Spanish), a bilingual pay differential is provided upon meeting our requirements for demonstrating appropriate bilingual skills related to financial institutions.
