Central Oregon Collective is growing and we have added another residential facility so right now is an exciting time to join our team as we are expanding and developing new programs.

Central Oregon Collective, who has been in Central Oregon for over 30 years is hiring full and part time Direct Support Professional’s (DSP’s) to help make a difference in the lives of our clients while growing a meaningful/rewarding career for day and night shifts.

The position of DSP is an entry level position; no previous experience is necessary and we provide you with free training.

As a DSP you will be working directly with clients and responsibilities vary from one work location to another as we support a diverse array of individuals with things such as: teaching new skills, providing transportation to appointments, hiking and exploring the outdoors, performing medication passes, preparing meals, pursuing individual interests, maintaining health and hygiene, and simply hanging out and talking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Pass Criminal History Background Check
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Oregon Driver License or State issued ID
• Must have proof of car insurance and current registration and must be insurable by COCs auto. insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles
