10 hour shifts
On-site during training; Hybrid schedule after that (days in office will always outweigh remote; 3 and 2 if a 5 day week; 3 & 1 if a 4 day week

What’s a typical day as a customer service associate? You’ll be:

• The first point of contact and advocate for customers
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone and email to process lending applications
• Educate customers on products
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Working a hybrid schedule (2 days home/3 days in office) following the 3-week training period

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• Have a flexible learning style with the ability to navigate new technology platforms
• Have flexibility to work various shifts to include Saturdays
• Have the ability to work in a very dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment that will involve heavy multi-tasking
• Have excellent attendance and punctuality
