Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19.00-$21.00

Location: Southeast Portland

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F

Job Description

Join a family owned and operated heating and air conditioning company that’s served the Greater Portland area for over 68 years. Our ideal Customer Service Representative will be well organized, motivated, and have a willingness to learn and most importantly, provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer inbound phone calls – schedule appointments for customers
Reach out to customers with outbound calls to schedule prepaid maintenance visits
Respond to customer emails
Provide 100% customer satisfaction
Communicate with Dispatcher over Technician call load
Maintain accurate customer information in computer databases

Required Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Customer service experience – HVAC experience is NOT required
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to multitask
High attention to detail
Great attitude
High school diploma or its equivalent
Ability to work from 8am to 5pm
Above and Beyond Qualifications

HVAC experience/knowledge
