ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Emigrant Gap, California.
What you’ll do:
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.
Your job will include:
Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
Process payments and deposits.
Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
Monitor the property with a keen eye for any property issues or potential problems.
Ensure that the property is properly secured.
Ensure that guests comply with resort rules, respond to areas of concern and contact law enforcement if necessary.
Perform routine patrols, golf cart and rental inspections.
Prioritize guest safety and happiness.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
1+ year of office experience.
Strong communications and organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Estimated Compensation: $15.50/hr
