Job responsibilities include:
answering phones to help answer customers questions
taking orders by phone and online
entering orders into Quick Books accounting program
sending emails to customers
filing and maintaining office equipment
assisting with online marketing
* prior experience in customer service or phone sales
* one year minimum office experience
* high computer skills / Quick Books experience a plus
* excellent communication skills both written and oral
* to be detail oriented
* to be reliable
* to have mechanical aptitude
Hours are: Monday thru Friday 8-4:30 with once a month swap to work Saturday. If every Saturday is preferred that would work. Also available as Friday thru Monday 8-4:30.
